Checkout for online order does not work

Checkout does not accept my HD credit card nor Paypal nor other credit cards. Since 2 weeks now. HD Customer Support tried to put the order through manually and also failed. Talked to supervisor and states "website issues, will be fixed in an hour" well, nope... still not working.
