4th day in a row I can't log in

For 4 days now, I have cleared cookies and tried 3 different browsers and still can't log in! Customer Service keeps saying to clear cookies and try different browsers, but still can't log in with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox. I've had issues throughout 2022. May have to change banks due to this. I've never had this issue with another bank, only Fifth Third. How can a technology-based business be this messed up?
