Informed Delivery not accessible

I have "Informed Delivery." It worked for a month and was a great feature! For the past 3 weeks, it will not load. The screen is blank and nothing appears. I tried uninstalling it, then reinstalling it, however that did not fix the issue. Thank you. Susan
