No phone service

Since last week, I've had no phone service. Despite multiple calls to, and chats with, Tracfone's technical service, I still have no service. At least this week they acknowledged they have a nationwide outage problem, apparently associated with their rollout of Verizon's voLTE network. Although they confirm that my LG phone is voLTE- compatible, it obviously is not compatible with the network as they've introduced it.
