Cant log in at all. Just loops around
BoA has always had problems with their site. The branch workers basically laugh at you. They say the site is fixed, but its not. They never know when it will be fixed, it has always been slow since they took over Fleet. I can put in my pass word only for the site to loop around and accept it and say successfully signed out. I bet their site was never too secure and since they try to rob people with the $5 fee hackers got into it and crashed it. The site dosnt seem to have powerful enough servers to allow for all the customers they have. This bank is too cheap to upgrade this site prematurely to allow reliable service. I depend on banking online everyday due to my type of business and this bank is the worst. If it is not fixed soon I will have no choice but to pull out of BoA and go to a better servicing bank. Why dont they accept check deposits via pictures on the cell phone like Chase does. Also my BoA phone app does not work.
