Had issues on 12/31 being able to log in but was able to speak with rep and pay my term life and lucklily the site opened up for me to pay my auto. Doubled checked later that day and seen payments pending but, still hasnt hit my account??? I was told it would by Jan 3 at the latest. Weird to say the least.
