I have been attempting to purchase tickets which remain in the shopping cart however I keep getting the "GPS location cannot be verified that you are located in Virginia". I've purchased tickets in each of the drawings over the past 2 weeks and have winnings remaining in my account., this is the first time I've received this error message. I receive the same message from both edge and chrome as well as from my mobile phone.
