Tourist voicemail system not functioning this morning 10/24/22. Robotic female voice doesn't recognize my very clear english voice responses, then begins a long series of clicking sounds like it's 'thinking,' never returns
Truist robotic voicemail doesn't recognize customer's plain English, sends customer into long 'clicking' sequence as if it's been hacked, then can't give simple info like account balance. When a human agent finally answers, they are halfway around the world with a bad connection & have the audacity to tell customer we weren't speaking clearly enough for truist vm to recognize our simple request.. Then person asks for our complete social security number which I am not comfortable giving. Then they transfer us to a manager in Atlanta who says there's nothing wrong with their system but they'll report our complaint that will take 2 weeks to address. BBT was a much better bank, we are customers of 30 years and are sorry Truist took over and ruined our experience.
