Unable ti schedule an appointment

I have logged in using DS and MyHealthevet to try and login to schedule an appointment. Every time I get logged in to my healthe vet and click the link to schedule an appointment it opens a new window where I am not logged in and it asks me to login agian and takes me back to the home screen when I do login agian. It's basically taking me on circles
