Cannot login or reset password

I used to use the one-touch login in funtion but as of yesterday, it has been unavailable and gives me the option to reset my password. When I attempt to reset, it tells me there is an error and that some information in invalid and needs to be corrected before proceeding. I have triple checked all of the information and it is correct; can't get through to customer service either.
