CAN'T LOGIN WITH LAPTOP

Tried using Mozilla & Goggle Chrome & all I get is the "Opps Something Went Wrong- if you don't think you should get this message call 800-972-3030." I called the number & was able to transfer money from one account to another & get my balances. Old school technology. Had to punch in the numbers & the robot on the phone transfered the money & gave me my balances. Took a lot longer than using the internet - but at least I was able to make the transfer from svgs to checking that I seriously needed to make. On the downside, at 4 a.m. I couldn't log on AND the robot on the phone was not available either. Have to really plan ahead with this stupid bank cause you can't depend on being able to do banking whenever you need to.
