Cant make a simple purchase with VS Card says unable to process payment

I have tried several times to make purchases on VS app with my VS credit card and keeps declining purchases but credit is available
i called comenity bak and all they can say is that an update was done and credit cards have been experiencing issues and to just keep trying or use another method of payment , this is unacceptable and very disappointing
