I am unable to get service

I just transsfered phones because I switched from an x to a 13 and I am a unable to get service again. I am able to text and call when on Wi-Fi. I do not have my cellular data that I pay for. Also I did speak to a representative for this issue and my case id is  INC71009095. Hopefully this issue can get resolved.
