I had this same problem for several days, and then suddenly it let me log in again today (even after a few failures earlier).

This might be entirely unrelated, but before I was finally able to successfully log in just now, I fiddled with the "Online Banking" vs "Commercial" option and clicked on "Online Banking" to re-select it. And then I re-submitted my username/password, and surprisingly it worked just fine and I was logged in.

So I have no idea if that was related, but certainly can't hurt to give it a try if you're still experiencing the issue yourself.
