Unable to log in for weeks again

Get the "Oops" message or just blinking dots on 5/3 website no matter what browser I use.  Branch staff says no one else has complained (If you can believe that) even though I gave them link to this site.  Wonder if they've been instructed to say that.  No problems logging intp amy other sites, including other banks.  In any case, I'm in the process of changing my primary accounts to another bank and will leave 5/3 completely..
