Unable to move funds

For the last couple of hours - at least for myself and many other Walmart Moneycard users - we are unable to move money from our vault/savings into our available balance. Money had to be in available balance before you can pay rent, buy groceries, gas, etc. What the hell is going on? This same issue happens very often with the Moneycard and we are never told WHY this happens. I know that I could use a different service for my direct deposits, it's just that when Moneycard is working properly, it is a really good option if you don't want a regular checking account. Arrrgh! This is so frustrating!
