May 29 Click on Account. Click on Manage Lines. Error message
"We're sorry, your transaction cannot be completed at this time, please contact our Customer Care Center."
When I click on Manage Lines, I get error message
May 31 Chat yesterday same issue. Agent said website being updated. Will be ok later. Is not ok today.

Callback got no where real fast. No resolution.
June 01 Problem persists. Tracfon has website, and associates with no clue how to maintain it. I suggest hire Computer Science graduate with DBMS experience. This paltry problem is way over your head, and beyond script.
