Can’t login

Tried to login and received a message that said something along the line "Well that didn't go as planned. If this is your second attempt..." and their contact info. The site is probably down as I haven't had this issue before. It's odd though because this is happening on the mobile app and I found that's there's not even an option to login via safari or chrome. Odd.
