Same old crap, says wrong password and will lock account...again. login issues on both the app and website.

This bank has to have one of the worst online AND mobile banking apps around. Constantly not working. Locking my account every 2 or 3 weeks because although the online site or mobile app isnt letting you login the bad attempt counter seems to work just fine. 4 or 5 bad logins....caused by the crappy site and poof, locked out. Reset utility doesnt work and they wont do it over the phone. Had to go to a branch to have it all reset. Then they screw up and mess with the wrong account when you have a personal and business account. Bank sucks, probably need to switch to someone else.
