Page refreshing issue when trying to log in

Like so many others have said, keeps refreshing to main screen whenever I attempt to log in. Seems to be a Droid issue as it isn't happening on my husband iPhone. I'm not using his iPhone though, nor begging VA Lottery to take my money jeez. Just wanted to give it a try. Very discouraging website.
