Unable to log on to Fifth Third account

Have only been a customer for a week and began having trouble logging on to my online account immediately. First time, I logged on just fine. Login timed out then I was unable to log back in. This took several days to "resolve". Was able to log in just once yesterday. Have not been able to log back in since.
