This is crazy!!! It's day 4 with no online access! I've had to do everything through a live agent or the automated phone system (and while the people I have delt with have been very nice - nice is not cutting it anymore - this should have been fixed by now!) I am a visual person when it come to my money and need to SEE what I'm doing not hear it with that annoying robot voice!
