Our only login problems is when we use AT&T, is that yours? We thought it was the Chromebook. Bought a new one. Knew that we could log-in at another house, NOT USING AT&T as a service provider, instead having TWC, using the same Chromebook, and it works there. TWC =yes. AT&T=nope.
