will not accept password

won't accept my password, go to reset password & it says "can't use current password" Then try to reset it via SMS notification & it won't send a final text code. Went to sign in AGAIN with the original password & it says "can't use one of your last 10 passwords" like the new one actually got entered, so I enter the new one AND IT SAYS INVALID PASSWORD!!!!
