cannot connect to server

Have been having this problem every day since 1/10/2022. Have tried Firefox, Chromium, Internet Explorer (Windows 7 Pro 64 bit), and Edge (Windows 10) on multiple computers hardline connected to router. Also browser on cell phone and tablet (both Android) via wifi.
