Every time I have tried to log in, your site tells me its an error. This started on 1/11/22 and is still down. I have phoned your banks and was rerouted to your customer service. Its just a recorded message. When I finally got through to speak to a human being and I explained what was happpening to me, she was a very nice lady and tried to help me but I could not get in to my account.
She suggested I contact my internet provider. I did and there is not a problem with my internet. I can go to any other web site except yours. I have even done so through other browsers on the same computer. I need to access as well as other folks who asked the internet is others were having problems too.
