After hours on phone, was told It’s a safari problem. Makes no sense because my BBT acct works just fine with Truist. Shouldn’t they both be using the same software? Was told I needed a newer iPad but when I use my IPhone 12 with newest Safari upgrade, that doesn’t work either. seems their rollout isn’t ready for prime time....but I need to pay bills and access my accounts! Soooo frustrating!
