2nd Chance Sign-In issue

I am having problems logging in to submit my 2nd Chance on scratchers through the app. Not sure if it is typical or if anybody else should be having the same issue, but, for some reason, I could sign-in online but not through the app (where it is necessary to submit 2nd chance codes).
