20 days, still can't do grocery delivery

I'm losing patience, it has been 20 days and I still cannot place a grocery delivery order. I have tried clearing cache, different browsers, I even installed another browser, tried a different laptop, Walmart app on my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, and tried the browser on my phone, nothing works.

There are never any time slots available, they are always listed as full, this includes pick up, they show full a week in advance, every week, and for all stores in my area. I can place items in my cart but sometimes when it refreshes it will have all items out of stock and has even food items that are never shipped, listed in the cart for shipping. Many times when adding pantry/dry goods or pet food to the cart that are listed as shipping it will switch to pick up only or those listed as delivery will switch to shipping only or pickup only, if I have multiple of the same item it will either say out of stock or pickup only, when I change the quantity to only 1 sometimes I am able to order it as shipping, so for example on pet food items I have to do multiple orders just to try to get all the pet food I need, I still need groceries though! I have limited mobility so I depend on grocery delivery to be able to have food in my house. 

For me to have food I have been ordering Kroger grocery delivery, sometimes directly from their website due to the $15.00 off coupon they had for the first purchase then also going through Instacart for the Kroger delivery because they offered $20.00 off. Kroger delivery is $9.99 each time and Instacart charges a delivery fee and service fee that varies depending on the amount of your purchase. It's upsetting that I have to pay these extra fees to get groceries by using other companies when I had just renewed my yearly Walmart membership in July, but I am close to canceling it, it does me no good since I only did the membership so I could get groceries delivered to my house. The fact that the membership also offers free shipping on orders less than $35.00 is not what would have me keep it since with pet food I can easily reach the minimum $35.00 to qualify for free shipping anyway, without having to pay a membership fee.

I have been on several phone calls and chats with Walmart and nothing has changed. I was told once it appears to be a backend error that it would be escalated but I never received an email regarding this as I was told I would because I had specifically asked if I would get an email confirmation of this and also a follow-up email on the status and fix, I was told I would, nothing was sent to me ever, only thing Walmart emailed me was to rate how the chat or phone call went with the member of support, really Walmart??

Walmart needs to take this more seriously and fix all the issues on the website and app, this has been going on way too long! Better yet they need to revert back to the old way for the website and app, it was not broken so should not have been messed with, it worked with no issues! Walmart should not have tried to copy other stores that have grocery and online items/shipping integrated, these should have been kept separate. I also hate that the many items I search show those with ridiculously high prices because they are from a 3rd party, Walmart should never allow price gouging.

I guess they do not care that they are not only inconveniencing their customers, leaving them unhappy, they are also losing customers. 

Get your act together Walmart and figure out a way to fix this now!!!
