Unable to process payment

Tried website via Chrome and Safari plus IKEA app from iPhone ... all fail to process payment for a Mastercard and for a Visa card ... this appears to be going on for a while ... sad that IKEA and its payment processor cannot address this issue in a more timely manner ... how much business have they lost?
