Overall getting worse each week

Out of stock on way too many items for weeks, bad produce delivered, received organic celery that had rotted to the point some stalks were just the threads, webpage getting harder to use with each I think is supposed to be an upgrade, takes longer to complete order having to search for links, customer service sucks if you are lucky enough to get the store to answer the phone.
