Can’t log in every month to pay loan

ever since they changed the website to a new one can’t log in on due date or before due date.... they won’t fix it and or don’t care to charfe you a late fee.... customer service in over loaded too.... I’m in Kansas such a ashame.... this is the second month for me with Loancare log on to the site.... guess I will have to overnight my payment
