Phone drops call

I work from home and have been calling the company I work for help desk since 1:25 p.m today. I am on my 4th call now @ 4:51 p.m and still waiting for someone to answer. When the call been waiting almost an hour each time, the call just vanishes from my phone and no I didn't hang up. How am I to fix my work computer issues if my phone isn't working properly?
