Unable to view bills or make payment after logging in

After logging in National Grid online, when clicking on view bill or payment or anything, it did not bring me to anywhere, hence unable to view bill or pay bill. Just could not do anything. I tried different brower (IE, Chrome and Edge browser). None of them working. Lastly, I tried it on my iPad and it worked.  I hope National Grid will fix this issue ASAP.
