My site of 25 years is gone

My site will not load and the error message says I don't have a webshell. I can enter some of the webshell but not all of it. Plus, I can't make any edits to the webshell. I opened a ticket for answers, my site had been up and running for well over 20 years. I feel like I ready to get screwed and lose the entire site.
