SUBMISSION PORTAL NOT WORKING & FAX BUSY
Submission portal isn't working and fax is busy. I've been trying to submit for days. No one is answering their phone. If you're having the same problem, please screen record yourself attempting to submit it online and record yourself trying to fax it. Also, log that you attempted it here so there will be enough proof of this problem documented by the public. Hopefully they aren't trying to force people to pay the money back. If so, they're going to have a lawsuit on their hands. Their system is not working. This is ridiculous. As rich as our state is, we shouldn't be having problems like this.
