Shipment arrived early and improperly billed

I have been having issues with Proactiv for a few months now.. 1. The website has been down for MONTHS, so I am unable to look at, or update my information. 2. I received my product 2 months before it was due to arrive and was improperly billed. 3. I am unable to get through to customer service; each time I call, I am disconnected. This is unnacceptable business!
