Won't login to Informed Delivery

Site will allow you to put in your login info and start to load then says if unavailable please try again later....been trying for 2hrs now and still no access. On top of that when track package on eBay delivery info it shows package shipped to NY from NY now in California?!?!?! So not sure what issue is and whats going on but no way or reason for package in transit between 2 people in same state to be in NY monday/tuesday but showing now in CAlifornia overnight.
