No connection to internet for 5 days

i am current on my phone payment and 5 days have gone by since I’ve been able to use my internet. I can’t get a signal for my LTE. I’m constantly getting the “No Service“ or 1x signal, I’ve tried taking out my sims card to see if that was the issue, but it’s not.
