KeyBank needs to fix this issue immediately, it has been like this since tuesday of last week. They have yet to issue a public statement about this and the reps are CLUELESS. If anyone's wondering you can still get your money out by connecting your keycard to PayPal and then send money through PayPal to a family member, then they can send the money to your bank account, would NOT recommend leaving your money in here especially with all russian hacker threats
