I have not been able to access my account all day and it is rather frustrating that I have things I need to take care of. It is letting me log in up until the security questions online where it tells me it cannot process the request 1005, and wont go past the faical recognition on the app. Im at work and cant make it to the bank, hold times are more than 15 minutes on the phone. Great.
