Unable to log into online banking

When I try logging in i get this message Online Banking Error Occurred.
- System Failure. Please try again in a few minutes or contact customer support.
- System Failure. Please try again in a few minutes or contact customer support. Plus when I call I put my card number in and it says my records are not available
