Login/password/user

I have had a problem logging in every month for 3 months. I did have some confusion over the kohls site and the separate log In for the credit card. After that was straightend out I still had problems. My password and user name are written down and I keep getting told they are wrong. Tonight after I was denied entrance to kohls credit again I tried linking the 2 accounts and when I put in my birthdate and my social I was told something was wrong. I am absolutely over it.
