Mobile Banking and Web Banking Unavailable

On 3/17/2021 - I have been unable to access M & T Mobile Banking (via Android app) from approximately 9:00 AM-7:30 PM EST, and have only been able to access web banking (via Brave Browser) once from approximately 9:00 AM-7:30 PM EST. I assume this related to the issuance of a large amount of Stimulus checks today, although that is speculation because I have not received any communications from M&T.
