Unable to send funds with error code on both website and iOS app

Unable to send funds via both iOS app (iOS 14.4.1) and website (chrome version 89.0.4389.82) with error code P1167. error. level code field value invalid in post request(P1167). The iOS app has been uninstalled and reinstalled to rectify the issue unsuccessfully. An error has been reported since 10/3/2021 with no time resolution provided by western union.
