unable to connect to host

Western Union money order machine wants to upload transactions, something we have never seen it do, Machine continuously is trying to connect to host, but says no connection. Store Services has proven that machine is connected to internet. Western Union rep says not their problem. Help?!?! Ongoing problem since Wednesday February 10 2021.
