authn authentification failure error 029-1216-000

Please help, I have been trying to figure out this error for weeks. I called my tv provider, my cell phone provider and they have no answers. I am able to sign on to the abc app on a desktop computer and use my tv provider login and it works. But not on my Iphone. Please help me with error because I love to look at the ABC News where ever I am.
