Will not load, poor customer service
I’m located in Auburn, AL, and I’m having issues loading episodes! I’m already not super impressed with CBS’s execution of this app. I’ve only had this app. for a little over a month, and it’s constantly lagging, inconsistent, and not very user-friendly. For CBS to be such a large corporation, I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of effort to reach out to their PAYING customers to let them know what’s causing this problem!
