Cannot access my account on E*Trade

This E*Trade site sucks. When attempting to login to my account, I get a message that password or security ID not valid. Able to reset password and yet when I attempt to enter the newly confirmed password same problem, it isn't recognised. I'm fed up with E*Trade and going to leave them, if I can ever get to my account.
