I have been trying to log on to the commercial site for an hour. I need to upload som investment trade tickets. I have encoutered various issues as follows: 1) not able to upload attachments; 2) receving a timed out message that it was taking UBOC too long to connect; 3) received a message to contact the help desk at UBOC.
